Size Guide

Huginn Muninn offers variety of women fits depending on the design of the shirt.
Whether it's for slim fit or loose fit the general rule is that you can choose the same size for each fit, but it can vary with your preference of how tight or loose you want the shirt to be.
Please check our measurement tables for each fit and choose accordingly.

How to choose a size

1. If you already own a Huginn Muninn shirt that you are happy with and you would like to purchase another in the same fit, we recommend checking your label and choose that size.

2. If you don't already own a Huginn Muninn shirt the best result would be to visit our Huginn Muninn store at Bíldshöfði 16 and have us help you choose a size.

3. If you can't visit us then take similar fitting shirt as you would like to purchase and lay it out flat on a flat surface. Take a tape measure and measure as shown below.

1. Neck
Lay the collar flat. Pull the collar tight so that any curve to the collar band becomes straight. Measure from the center of the button, straight across the collar band to the far edge of the button hole.
2. Chest
Button up your shirt and lay the shirt as smooth and flat as you can. Measure 1cm under the armhole from side to side, then double that measurement.
3. Waist
Lay the shirt as smooth and flat as you can. Find the narrowest part of the shirt and measure from side to side, then double that measurement.
4.Hips
Lay the shirt as smooth and flat as you can. From the lowest part of the side seam, measure from side to side, then double that measurement.
5. Sleeve
Measure from the top of the shoulder seam, when shirt is laying flat, to the end of the cuff.
6. Back length

Measure from lower edge of collar stand to shirt hem.

Note, that shirts vary in size and fit, so you can cross-reference the measurements also by measuring your body and look at the measurements in the measurement tables and add few centimeters to your body measurements so that you fit comfortable in the shirt. The closer you are to the shirt measurement, tighter the shirt will be. We recommend adding at least around 6cm to your body measurement and more for looser fit, so if you add only 3cm it will be really close to your body, never go lower than 3cm and again our recommendation is at least 6cm.

If your measurements are in-between sizes we recommend picking the larger size or if you are unsure, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
